PRINTING INFORMATION

​​Print the complete PDF as a two sided document. To hold the pages together, coil or spiral binding works well and is inexpensive. After binding, when the book is opened, laid flat, and facing the reader, even numbered pages should be to the left of the spine, odd numbered pages to the right. Chapters will always begin on an odd numbered page, on the right hand side.
